These are the Holocaust Sculpture Images by D. K. Lubarsky that are used in our book. David Lubarsky is the photographer. The Holocaust Torah Cover and Memorial were provided by Mr. Harvey Drucker, a member of Temple B’Nai Torah/Suburban Temple in Wantagh, New York. All others are the property of Victor Breitburg and Joseph G. Krygier. In the print version all photos are in black and white. In the digital versions, on devices that support color, they are in color.
